Rules & Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Prior to booking your tour, it is your responsibility to read all information related to your tour, including: price, itinerary, price rules, cancellation and refund policies, and all notes.
- You must print out your order confirmation email and bring it with you when joining the tour. When joining the tour, please also present valid ID to the guide. Go Go US Tour is not responsible for any issues caused by not carrying the order confirmation email, or your personal reasons.
- You must provide a valid contact phone number for the passenger so we can contact him/her in case of emergencies.
Booking Process
- After successfully completing the reservation online, you will receive an E-mail acknowledgement of your reservation immediately. You can also check the status of your order by going to your profile page at http://www.gogoustour.com.
- You must print out your order confirmation email and bring it with you when joining the tour. When joining the tour, please also present valid ID to the guide. The order confirmation email is required to join the tour.
- We recommend you contact the tour operator 3 days prior to departure to reconfirm your booking.
Important Notices
- Like all travel providers, in very rare instances, the tour operator may cancel the tour due to weather, traffic, or too few passengers. In those cases, Go Go US Tour will immediately contact the passenger and assist in rebooking or cancellation for full refund. Go Go US Tour is not responsible for expenses outside of the tour fee.
- Any adjustment to the price of the tour does not apply to historical bookings, that is, all bookings that have been confirmed with the order confirmation email.
- The tour operator may adjust the itinerary to ensure the smooth operation of the tour.
