What happens after I complete my tour booking online? Do I need to contact Go Go US Tour to confirm my booking?
After you complete your booking, you will receive an email acknowledging receipt of your online booking. We will send you the final confirmation and e-Ticket within 2 business days of your booking. You can also go into your account profile page to check the status of your order.
 
What should I do if I do not receive the final confirmation eTicket after I completed my booking online?
If you do not receive your e-Ticket 2 business days after your booking, please contact our customer service via email at info@gogoustour.com, or by telephone at 1-617-292-6278,1-617-956-0830.
 
Can I book tours for others?
Yes. Please ensure that the passenger names you enter match their IDs. If the passenger names do not match their IDs, they may be denied admission to the tour and/or at hotel checkin.
 
Payment Questions
Is PayPal the only payment method?
No. We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and Discover.
 
Can I pay with credit cards from Chinese banks?
Yes. However, you need to make sure that your credit card supports US Dollar currency, and is authorized to make online payments in the US.

What kind of insurance is included in your tour products?
The tour bus carries a $5,000,000 liability insurance. No other insurance is included.
 
Is the tour operated by Go Go US Tour?
Go Go US Tour provides the booking website for tours. The tours are operated by the tour operator partners. Go Go US Tour's travel experts carefully selects the highest quality tour operator partners. Each of the tour operator partners we select employees travel guides who have at least 10 years experience and have good customer feedbacks.
 
How do I provide feedbacks?
Your complete satisfaction is Go Go US Tour's number one priority, and your feedback is extremely important to us. You can provide your feedback at our customer service line: 1-617-368-0370 or 1-617-654-2928.
 
Questions During Your Trip
Can I be late?
In order to ensure the smooth operation of the tour and the satisfactino of the entire tour group, tour buses will depart on time and will not wait for you if you are late. We recommend you arrive at your point of embarkation at least 15 minutes before departure.
 
What should I do if my inbound flight is delayed or cancelled?
As soon as you know that your arrival time will change, please contact the tour operator as soon as possible by calling the Tour Operator Emergency Contact Phone Number indicated on your e-Ticket. If your new time of arrival falls within the tour operator's pickup service window, the tour operator will accommodate your new schedule as much as possible. However, if your new time of arrival does not fall within the tour operator's pickup service window, you are responsible for your own transportation to the hotel. No refund of any kind is possible.
 
Who should NOT join bus tours?
We do not recommend infants younger than 2 years of age, or passengers with serious illness to join tours. Our tour guides are not trained to provide service to these types of passengers and cannot be responsible for their well being.
 
What kinds of IDs do I need to bring with me to join the tour?
You need to bring a government-issued ID, such as your driver's license or passport.
