| Questions: Can you take someone with limited mobility (cane, or walker occasionally wheelchair but not for getting on/off bus/car etc.) Do you get on and off at the scheduled stops to look for some time, or just ride by them? Does the optional statue of liberty cruise only go around or is there the option to actually visit the statue/Ellis Island? Was going to go by car for 1 elder/2 adults/2 kids but may now go with you-sounds good. Thanks very much for your help. |

| Hi, since our itinerary is quite rush for all attractions, it may not be suitable for customer with limited mobility. Plus, our motorcoaches do not have professional wheelchair access facility, so there will be limited convenience for getting on/off. However, it's totally your choice to decide whether to join this tour or not. The tour will get on and off on attractions along the way. The Statue of Liberty Cruise only goes around Ellis Island, we will not make stop on the island. Hope these answer all your questions. Thank you. |

| Regarding Optional items: Statue of Liberty Cruise (optional), Empire State Building (optional), USS Intrepid (optional) Madam Tussaud's Museum (optional). Does the group vote on these options or is splitting into groups something that's regularly done? Anything else you can share about the "option process"? Thanks! |

| No. These are our regular optional items for this NYC city tour. You can choose not to join these options since they need additional admissions. However, if you decide you would like to join one or some of the options, you can tell your tour guide while you are on board and purchase tickets from him/her. Thanks. |

| How does one know where to get back on the bus on time to go back to Boston to take advantage of the same day voucher? |

| Since this is a NYC city tour with itinerary and the order of visiting the attractions may vary due to traffic conditions, the departure location from NYC may vary. The tour guide will tell you where to get back on the bus. Hope this helps. Thanks. |
