  6. Tipping for Escort/Tour Guide and Driver: Children and Adults apply: it is suggested to each passenger to pay gratuity (tips) for Escort/Tour Guide and Driver for the courteous service provided on the tour. It is recommended that a minimum of $8 per person/per day

  1. Single price is for one people staying in one room. Double, Triple & Quad prices are for two people , three people & four people staying in one room respectively. Child rates apply to ages 0-9, please note each hotel room can only accommodate 4 guests (adults or children). Each guest rooms are standard with "two" full sizes or "one" queen bed.
  2. All customers should be responsible for their own travel documents and visa if required.
  3. All hotel and tour schedules are arranged before hand. Any person failing to appear on the day of departure shall not be refunded.
  4. Other tour company's product or on line tickets (Admissions or Entrance fees) are not to combine with our already low cost tour package.
  5. Customers are advise to purchase travel insurances before departure of their tours. Please ask one of our specialists for more information.

Responsibilities
  1. Prior to booking your tour, it is your responsibility to read all information related to your tour, including: price, itinerary, price rules, cancellation and refund policies, and all notes.
  2. You must print out your eTour Voucher and bring it with you when joining the tour. The eTour Voucher contains important information including the tour operator's emergency contact, how to join the tour and/or meet your guide, etc. When joining the tour, please also present valid ID to the guide. Go Go US Tour is not responsible for any issues caused by not carrying the eTour Voucher, or your personal reasons.
  3. You must provide a valid contact phone number for the passenger so we can contact him/her in case of emergencies.
 
Booking Process
  1. After successfully completing the reservation online, you will receive an E-mail acknowledgement of your reservation immediately.
  2. We will send out the eTour Voucher via email within 2 business days. You can also check the status of your order by going to your profile page at http://www.gogoustour.com.
  3. You must print out your eTour Voucher and bring it with you when joining the tour. The eTour Voucher contains important information including the tour operator's emergency contact, how to join the tour and/or meet your guide, etc. When joining the tour, please also present valid ID to the guide. The eTour Voucher is required to join the tour.
  4. We recommend you contact the tour operator 3 days prior to departure to reconfirm your booking.
 
Important Notices
  1. Like all travel providers, in very rare instances, the tour operator may cancel the tour due to weather, traffic, or too few passengers. In those cases, Go Go US Tour will immediately contact the passenger and assist in rebooking or cancellation for full refund. Go Go US Tour is not responsible for expenses outside of the tour fee.
  2. Any adjustment to the price of the tour does not apply to historical bookings, that is, all bookings that have been confirmed with the eTour Voucher.
  3. The tour operator may adjust the itinerary to ensure the smooth operation of the tour.
